Powder coat is the enviromental, economical and high quality surface treatment for scaffolding. Comparing with paint and galvanization, there is no wasted water, wasted air pollution from powder coat. It is more and more popular for scaffolding (walk through frame scaffolding, masonry frame scaffolding, multi-functional scaffold, portable scaffolding, and so on) to use powder coat finishing. However, how to guarantee the powder coat quality? We think we must do the bellow two points:

1. The tempreture in the stove must be upto 200-210℃. If lower than 200℃, the powder will be not well melt and no good adhesion; if tempreture is too high, the coating will become embrittled.

2. The scaffold must be kept for 200℃ in the stove for 15 minutes. If less than 15 minutes, the powder will be not well melt and no good adhesion; if more than 15minutes, the coating may be become embrittled.
